Howard Munding is a CKM Level 2 Instructor and a 4th Degree Black Belt in the United Fighting Arts Federation founded by Chuck Norris.

Howard is a 30 year veteran fire fighter and teaches firefighters, parmedics, EMTs, and other health care providers self defense techniques to protect themselves from violence on the streets.

Howard is the Owner and Chief Instructor of Arizona Fighting Arts Federation LLC in Peoria, AZ.
