Experienced in Wing Chun Kung Fu as well as some
Kickboxing/boxing experience.
Wing Chun has enabled me to understand how the
body moves and functions and to apply that
understanding to action through the use of chi sao.
I am also a Certified Personal fitness coach
as well as nutrition certified which has enabled
me to gain a very good understanding of how the human body works and the
importance of proper fitness and nutrition. This is an important asset
in training with CKM as you need to be in great
shape and have great cardio fitness.
This way we can empower people with
self-confidence as well as with the self-defence tools
they need to overcome obstacles. I look forward to
teaching those who would like to learn
CKM to empower and better themselves.
