CKM tactics are learned quickly and gender, size and strength had no bearing on ones ability to effectively perform the techniques. Having completed the CKM Instructors Boot Camp with no prior martial arts training is a testimony to CKM’s effectiveness. At the camp, there was a wonderful sense of family that was developed with the other trainees. I have experienced teamwork and support that I had never before seen in a group of strangers. This has proved instrumental to my success. By teaching CKM, I believe my students will quickly learn these effective techniques and experience that same encouragement, support and team solidarity that was so fundamental to my accomplishments. I am a father and husband I have much to defend .Before I started CKM I looked into Krav Maga for about two years I wanted a system that was like no other, one that works. I selected Commando Krav Mag (CKM) because of Moni’s dedication to evolution. I believe as he does “its evolution or extinction” one of my favorite Moni quotes. The many styles that have been unaltered for years of even months are not fresh and don't reflect the fluid dynamic necessary for survival. The threats around us in the world are getting smarter, training, and caring less and less. By that I mean daylight attacks, bold robberies when it used to be contained to night time. CKM opened my eyes to a new type of thinking. My background is in Military martial arts and close quarter battle principles. My training was in L.I.N.E and the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. At the time I loved them they were the greatest things ever. Years later I discovered Krav Maga and instantly knew I wanted to learn it I was prepared to go to Israel to learn it. CKM is worldwide I decided I wanted to teach it and took the Instructor course levels 1&2 and instantly knew this was for me and would work on the street, when it counts. I’m not bashing other styles they all have something to offer; CKM is just for COMBAT SURVIVAL you don’t need to be in a war to need COMBAT SURVIVAL skills. Violent crimes happen every day. With effort and desire to achieve CKM can give you the tools to survive a life threatening encounter. Nothing is certain so we train for the unexpected as best as we can. My time in the Marine Corps taught me constantly training to develop muscle memory is the only way to react when your body and mind are clouded by fear and exhaustion. I look forward to bringing CKM to the Panama City area. CKM is NOT MMA! This will not help you to become the next UFC champ I train regular people who want to cross that dark parking lot with the tools and confidence that they can handle any threat from a gun, knife, and or multiple attackers The conditioning is intense but not impossible I will get you in better shape then when you started. I look forward to training my community to protect its self.

Len has been a licensed Master Mariner for over 20 years and currently sails as Captain of a large, world traveling Motor Yacht. Len has provided logistical support and local information to expedition and cruising yachts operating globally for remote cruising and scuba diving adventures.
Len also owns a full service dive operation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Aside from global outdoor and at sea adventure, Krav Maga was the logical and practical step for a personal security system. Len was involved with traditional Krav Maga for a number of years before discovering Commando Krav Maga and being accepted to train with Founder and Chief Instructor, Moni Aizik.
