CKM tactics are learned quickly and gender, size and strength had no bearing on ones ability to effectively perform the techniques. Having completed the CKM Instructors Boot Camp with no prior martial arts training is a testimony to CKM’s effectiveness. At the camp, there was a wonderful sense of family that was developed with the other trainees. I have experienced teamwork and support that I had never before seen in a group of strangers. This has proved instrumental to my success. By teaching CKM, I believe my students will quickly learn these effective techniques and experience that same encouragement, support and team solidarity that was so fundamental to my accomplishments. I look forward to sharing all that I have learned with them. I am very proud to bring CKM to the Tallahassee community and surrounding area.

I started training in martial arts at age 13 with aikido & karate. At the age of 18 I went to the military, that’s where I expanded my knowledge & skills more in MMA.  I started in Philadelphia, PA, learning BJJ from a friend of mine.  He also knew judo.  As I was shipped to San Francisco

I learned Jeet Kun Do, Kali and Muay Thai.  My philosophy of fighting drastically changed.

 I knew right then that fighting in the streets & for competition were totally two different things.  When I got out of the military I moved to Miami Florida.  I started working in executive

protection sometimes flying out to different states.  In 2002 I became a firefighter/emt. 

I wanted to expand my knowledge more in ma and started doing research.  That’s when

I came across Krav Maga.  To make things short I looked at all the possible forms of

Krav Maga and saw that CKM was the best for me and my philosophy of fighting.

I began training in Martial Arts at the age of 10 after my family and I were forced to escape our residence in Kuwait by Saddam Hussein’s regime and relocated to Egypt.
This tragic moment was the catalyst that has driven me to dedicate the rest of my life to train myself to defend and fight for the people and values I hold so dear.

After the Gulf War, I spent 4 years training in Shotokan Karate under Egyptian Champion and Army Commander, Captain Amru, while I attended Cairo American College and under the

tutelage of six-time Karate World Champion, Justo Gomez, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Upon graduating from college, 3 months after 9/11/2001, I decided to enlist in the U.S. Navy to take my part in the Global War on Terrorism. While serving my tour with the Amphibious Assault Group 11 (PHIBRON-11) of the pacific fleet and the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU),

I was afforded the invaluable experience of attending various brief and intense Martial Arts

training throughout several Asian nations. In addition I received tactical training while I was a member of my Ship’s Self Defense Force (SSDF) and as a student at Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) Indoctrination.

But it wasn’t until I completed my military obligations and began seeking a career in Law Enforcement, Intelligence, and Executive Protection that I decided to seek training from those whom have no choice but to train, from those whom training is a way of life and a necessity,

from those that have been at war since they have been recognized as a nation, from the nation

of Israel and their devastating fighting system of Krav Maga.

After only a couple of classes in traditional Krav Maga, I immediately began looking for intense seminars and courses to immerse myself with more of its techniques. That was were I found Commando Krav Maga (CKM) Instructor Courses. Created and developed by seven-time Israeli Judo Champion, former Special Forces operative, and founder of Combat Survival-Commando

Krav Maga, Moni Aizik, CKM is an even more deadly and efficient fighting system, which, for decades, was kept from the public and taught only to elite Israeli Special Forces.

Having spent four 10-12 hour days training under Moni was intense, painful, and extremely rewarding to say the least. His intelligent, friendly, yet no-nonsense approach to his training programs demanded full mental and physical commitment from his students, while yielding promptly learned techniques. Moni’s instruction has provided me with the tools to continue

the CKM family tradition of “quality instruction”, as well as invaluable training to assist me in my pursuit of a career in National Security.
