Darryl D'Amico

Darryl D'Amico is a certified CKM Level 2 Instructor under Moni Aizik, founder and chief instructor of Commando Krav Maga (CKM).  He also holds a black belt in Modern Wing Chun Kung Fu and is a Certified Jeet Kune Do Instructor.
As a martial artist, Darryl is always seeking to learn different methods of self-defence.  "I was interested in CKM the first time I saw a demo of it," said Darryl.  The complementary aspects of JKD and CKM such as economy of motion and simplicity, are what drew Darryl to CKM.

Darryl owns and operates Ottawa Jeet Kune Do, where he teaches JDK and CKM.  In addition, Darryl is a certified weapons instructor and a certified personal trainer.  As a certified personal trainer, Darryl runs Sunrise Bootcamp in Ottawa's east end.
