Sylvain Lemire
Sylvain has been training in martial arts for over 25 years. As a 3rd degree black belt in Kyokushin karate, he runs a dojo on the South Shore of Montreal after dedicating many years of training to full contact competitions at the international level. Sylvain first came to know Commando Krav Maga through the Mona Aizik's dvds. The effectiveness of the techniques demonstrated convinced him to experience CKM for himself. Sylvain is a level 2 instructor, and will gladly share his knowledge with other CKM enthusiasts
